"Jo" has a strong philosophy for teamwork, nursing education, and mentoring new staff. She values the collaborative efforts of the nursing team and is driven to support improvements in patient experience. Joanne is passionate about sharing experiences with her team, the patients and other nursing professionals nationally. By way of her ASRM and Resolve memberships she remains involved nationally to advocate for patients, she holds a certification as a Nurse Executive – Advanced and is an active member of the Serono National Speaker Bureau.
