May 19, 2024, 07:00 PM - 08:00 PM

Zoom

Medical training can place a strain on many aspect of one’s life and for female physicians, fertility and family planning can take a substantial hit as most of training occurs during the prime reproductive years. This talk is aimed at both educating and providing personal experiences from those who have gone through the IVF process while in training. This talk is for whether one is interested in oocyte cryopreservation, struggling with infertility, or with genetic considerations. There will be a presentation on fertility considerations and what the process entails, what we wish we were told beforehand, and a question and answer session will then follow. This event is open to pre-medical students, medical students, resident physicians and attendings. This will be a candid, open conversation. Please bring your questions!
